Your software is uploaded to your server. Arrangements are made on a case by case basis.
If you cancel a software project after work has begun you will be charged for the hours spent on the project up to cancellation.
Because software is a complex, intangible product, we reserve the right to make sales final.
When we deliver a software solution, it is up to the customer to test and report back any issues within a two week period from date of delivery. Issues reported after that date might generate new charges. Our goal is to fix small errors without generating new charges, even if the issues are reported outside the 2 week time frame. This policy informs you that we cannot guarantee to always fix late reports at no charge.
Issues reported within the 2 week time frame might or might not incur new charges.
Programming logic errors are fixed at no charge.
We strive to create a complete understanding of the customer's requirements before work begins. Software behavior issues might or might not incur new charges. Changes to software requirements are chargeable. Misunderstandings due to the complex nature of software development will be negotiated so as to be fair to all parties.
We reserve the right to make all sales final. However our policy is to always work with and negotiate with clients so that they get a high-quality software product for a reasonable fee.
In the event that a partial or whole refund is agreed upon, money will be returned to the customer with a 2 week period from the date of the agreement.
